1. Comprehensive Service Catalogue & Test Menu Expansion
We have launched our new 2025 Service Catalogue, featuring a significant expansion of our available tests and diagnostic profiles. This enhancement directly responds to your needs, providing you with more tools for comprehensive patient evaluation.
· The new catalogue, includes updated pricing reflective of these new capabilities. This new pricing will be effective from October 1, 2025.
· A summary of new profiles and tests additions is provided in Appendix A.
2. Major Investment in Testing Accuracy: Transition to Serum Separator Tubes (SST)
To ensure the highest level of result integrity, we will universally transition from Plain Red-Top Tubes to
Gold-Top Serum Separator Tubes (SST), effective October 1, 2025.
This critical upgrade minimizes pre-analytical errors and significantly improves sample stability, directly leading to greater testing accuracy and reliability for your patients.
3. Introducing Extended Night Sample Collection Services
To better support our clinical partners, we are launching a Night Sample Collection Service, effective October 1, 2025.
1. Schedule: Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays)
2. Hours: 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM
3. Booking Protocol: To ensure prompt service, please arrange all evening collections exclusively via WhatsApp to 8030 8513.
4. Redesigned Digital Experience: Launch of Our New Website
